Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a highly effective and evidence-based psychological treatment designed to help individuals who have experienced traumatic events, as well as those facing various forms of emotional distress. During EMDR sessions, clients work with Laura to reprocess these distressing memories by following a structured process that includes bilateral stimulation, typically in the form of guided eye movements.

EMDR therapy is known for it's effectiveness in helping people find relief from symptoms of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and various other mental health issues.
